My check-in experience was a nightmare! The free shuttle never arrived, forcing us to wait long hours. When we finally got to the hotel, the room key didn’t work, leaving us stuck outside. I had to endure awful customer service when I requested assistance, and instead of receiving help, I was treated rudely.

A surprise in room service

Their room service surprised me with a lovely late-night snack that tasted homemade. I felt cared for by the attentive staff during my entire stay.

However, the elevator was out of order, and dragging my suitcase up the stairs was quite a workout. It certainly took away from the relaxing vibe.

The food at breakfast was consistently delicious, complemented by the delightful homemade marmalade. However, adjusting the shower in my bathroom was quite difficult, and the limited amenities in the room could be improved. Additionally, there was sometimes noise from nearby rooms which disrupted the peace.
